Chimpanzee

Chimpanzee, pan troglodytes, part of the great apes family.
They are very endangered with only having a population of 21,000-55,000 individuals.
They have a lifespan of 40-50 years.
They are found in tropical rainforests, woodlands, grasslands, of Central to Western Africa.
Their physical and behavorial help avoid predators and they have long arms, opposable thumbs,
and they can use tools.
Chimpanzees are omnivores and they eat seeds, fruit, leaves, bark, honey,
insects, and small antelope.
