Cross River Gorillas, gorilla gorilla diehli, part of the great apes family, they are critically endangered.
There are only 300 to 400 individuals and the population is still decreasing, as of 2020.
They have a lifespan of 35- 50 years.
They live in forests and rainforests of Cameroon and Nigeria.
They can adapt to the cold weather and protect themselves from insets because
of their hair and they can migrate long distances.
Cross River Gorillas are herbivores and it consists of heavily of fruit, leaves, stems, and bark.
