Sumatran orangutan,pongo abelii, part of the great apes family.
They are critical endangered and has a population of 7,500 individuals left, as of 2020.
They have a lifespan of 35 to 40 years.
Sumatran orangutan lives in tropical rainforests in Islands of Sumatra, Indonesia.
They can adapt to their habitat because of their strong arms which allows
them to move easily through the trees.
Sumatran orangutans are omnivores and they eat insects, leaves, barks, and etc.
